PU Belts The manufacturing process used for TransDev PU timing belts produces close tolerance timing belts, which ensure the even distribution of load during use and will allow the transmission of high torques. Due to the high accuracy of these drives, they are also suitable for indexing, positioning and conveying drives. Synchronous running and low elongation, coupled with maintenance-free operation makes the TransDev timing belt range the ideal means of power transmission. As a key distribution partner, TransDev is ideally positioned to provide expert guidance and access to market leading German PU belting brands. These include; SYNCHROFLEX® & SYNCHROCHAIN® from Continental, BRECO® & BRECOFLEX®. Rubber Belts TransDev offer an enormous range of Rubber Belts (polychloroprene) direct from stock. HTD belts, V belts, Poly V belts and Flat belts can all be specified easily using the associated ordering tables.Continental brands such as SYNCHROBELT and Silentsync are joined by TransDev’s own brands, Transflex and Vflex to offer the widest possible choice on sizes and pricing. Pulleys, Sprockets & Gears TransDev supplies a complete range of pulleys, sprockets and gears. The pulleys cover both our own timing belt ranges and many others too. The standard stock is further supplemented by our Special Manufacturing. If we don’t stock it, or it is a special design, we can manufacture and rework to your specific requirements. We also distribute and manufacture matching belts, chain, bushes, bearings and other transmission hardware. Chain & Sprockets TransDev holds large stocks of industrial chain and are the UK & Ireland Distributor for Wippermann Chain. With onsite assembly capability, we support any standard or custom requirements such as attachments. We stock industrial chain; premium branded chain, through to mid-range chain and value chain to match your required price point. TransDev supplies a complete range of gear (pinion) types, covering both metric and imperial pitches. The standard stock of spur gears, bevel gears, mitre gears, pinion* gears and racks is further supplemented by our Special Gear Manufacturing. Materials range from steel to stainless steel, brass and plastics. If we don’t stock it or it is a special design we can manufacture and rework to your specific requirements. We also supply Renold gearboxes.
