The newly launched MMD linear motor modules integrate magnet free linear motor technology, guide mechanisms, and supporting components into a compact, easy to integrate solution. Unlike conventional linear motors that use magnets within the track, the MMD series incorporates the magnets and coils into the mover, eliminating rare earth magnets from the platen. This patented magnetic field modulation technology delivers high force density, high speed capability, low cogging, and reduced electromagnetic interference, while offering significant cost advantages, particularly for long stroke applications. With robust construction, enhanced safety, and reliable performance, the MMD series is ideal for demanding applications including semiconductor manufacturing, laser processing, medical equipment, and robotics.

Motion Control Products introduces its new HMI (Human Machine Interface) and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for motion control on stepper drivers, servo drives and brushless servos. our HMI (Human-Machine Interface) solutions from Kinco offer versatile, reliable, and cost-effective options— making them a preferred choice across a wide range of applications. Available in sizes ranging from 4.3" to 15.6", Kinco's HMI devices feature advanced capabilities such as IoT (Internet of Things) integration, webcam support, and Fieldbus communication, along with industrial-grade wide-angle screens made from UV-resistant materials. The product range includes: Future Series – designed for high-end, advanced motion control Green Series – also for medium, enhanced performance Mass Series – an affordable solution for standard industrial applications All HMI models are configurable via Kinco’s DTools / DToolsPro software, enabling easy customisation and ensuring compatibility with most major PLCs. Motion Control Products has one of the largest ranges drives (stepper drives and servo drives), either in digital format or analogue format to suit a host of applications. They are supplied in stand alone, PCB mounted or panel mount with a selection of bus protocols. They can be also simply supplied with control inputs for analogue or step and direction inputs. With output powers from less than 100W to up to 110kW, the servo drives can power brushed and brushless motors and AC / DC motors with a host of feedback devices including tacho, encoder, resolver or armature voltage feedback. Our most versatile servo drive ranges can meet most of the demanding industrial applications in speed loop, torque loop or position loop formats. popular communication protocols / feedbacks are RS232 / 485, CANOpen, EtherNET/IP, EtherCAT, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus etc.
