Engineering Excellence from Component to System 

Motion Control 

At motec we supply a broad range of motion controllers from Trio and Keba. These allow us to perform high precision motion control either via traditional analog and IO, or high speed cyclic EtherCAT, with up to 64 axis co-ordinated by a single controller. Software such as Trio’s Motion Perfect allow for sophisticated programming at no additional cost with no extra licenses required. These controllers can interface into customer systems via PROFINET, EthernetIP, or Modbus TCP.

Drive Electronics & Motors
Our portfolio includes digital and analogue servo and stepper drives from trusted names like KEBA, Trio, Metronix, Axor, and LAM. Our motor offerings includes AC/DC servos, steppers, direct-drive motors, frameless units, and fully integrated motor-drive assemblies. With our wide-ranging application experience, from compact drives for AGVs to heavy-duty industrial projects, we’re able to help customers select the right motors and drives for their project so they can be as certain as possible they’re using the right components.

Power Transmission & Mechanical Actuation
To ensure reliable mechanical motion, we offer gearboxes, couplings (metal bellows, elastomer, linear, and safety types), and washdown-ready options. Our actuator range covers belt, ball-screw, and gantry types, plus rotary and linear actuators—enabling us to deliver full mechatronic systems. 

Flow 

We’re proud to be Europe’s exclusive supplier of Super Metering Pumps—pulsation-free dosing from 0.13 ml/min to 230 L/min in SUS316 and Hastelloy. These are ideal for chemical, lab, and pharmaceutical use. 

Sensing

We also supply and integrate stand-alone encoders and positioning sensors in our motion applications, as well as pressure, flow, and temperature sensors in flow applications. This not only allows for additional monitoring as part of a normal system operation but, when combined with our safety monitoring devises, allows for monitoring purely in hardware, to ensure that any system is operating safely.

Control Panels & Cables 

Our manufacturing team delivers complete control panel solutions from concept through to build, wiring, and final test. We design and assemble bespoke panels to customer specifications, covering power distribution, control systems, and integrated automation requirements. In parallel, we manufacture custom cable harnesses and machine wiring looms to support full system integration. Every build is tested, documented, and supplied ready for installation, ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and reduced on-site commissioning time.
